About Us
Yakitat Kennelette is a small AKK exclusive hobby breeder's kennel located in the Tri-Cities in eastern Washington state. We currently have three Alaskan Klee Kai and plan on adding a few dogs to the pack in the next few years. We plan on keeping the pack small in order to give our dogs the individual attention they want and deserve. Yakitat Kennelette plans each and every breeding and only breeds if there are pre-approved applicants who wish to have the pups with them for the entire life of the dog and if the breeding will improve the AKK gene pool overall. We feel a lifelong responsibility for every pup we bring into the world. Health, conformation, and temperament are all taken into consideration.
Stud services are available to healthy, UKC registered Alaskan Klee Kai females.
While we are located in Washington, we will work with anyone nationwide if they are approved for one of our pups. Since we prefer not to ship by air at this time, we are willing to meet for puppy deliveries within Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, and Northern California.
